Overview
From researching the market, and finding the need to designing the anticipating product, the aim of this project is to display the ability to point out the flow of the market and create an attractive design that would stand out in the current marketplace.
This project is performed as a team. I undertook the entire design of the label and the modification of the logo. My team member, Hongkai organized the research and sketched out the logo. As he was the thesis student, this project allowed me to visualize other's imagination to graphic design.
The imaginary brand pursues a healthy and enjoyable brand for people who need and want to reduce alcohol. Main customers are young people who are major consumers of nonalcoholic drinks, yet the brand would apply sophisticated and timeless design so the elderly can also appreciate our brand.
ZERO
The name “Zero” represents the brand’s selling point, the zero-alcoholic wine. The purpose of this choice is to directly deliver what the brand wants to sell without the need for further examination. Green symbolizes the refreshment of health and life. The pattern entangled with the letter reminds a circle, or zero at first glance. For the brand name, sans serif font is applied to present a clear and classy identity.
