Internship

Overview

This is the placement experience course record with CRSC and Haft2. All of the project is supervised by the senior design team members. My job focused on social network marketing. I acted my parts successfully, creating from short videos to small banners via trend research and diverse design skills.

Through this internship, I learned that basic technique is crucial. Software skills, the most basic, helped me to navigate through diverse limitations and difficulties. Moreover, it was the chance to build the relationship and study how to collaborate with others. Overall, the internship experience became the process of searching for the balance between my ideal and what the market wants. I solved these problems by systematic and massive market research and scheduling.


Supervisor

Doreen Balabanoff, Paul Haft, Mike Kwan

Haft2 is the color experts launched in 2004. They not only incorporate color but also push their limit to attain the best result with strategic execution. Their services associate with visual branding, color strategy, design, and communication. 

CRSC, the Color Research Society of Canada, is a non-for-profit organization that shares information about colors. The objective of CRSC is to evoke attention to color research and share the knowledge. CRSC supports the multidisciplinary collaborations of arts, sciences, and industry to advocate a broad and national network of scholars and practitioners. 

All of the works is done by 
the collaboration with CRSC and Haft2
